Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Effectively manage the general activities of the infrastructure and Asphalt surfacing projects.
- Coordinating with all authorities on both infrastructure & Asphalt related projects.
- Resource planning of necessary manpower, plant & equipment to carry out all programmed work.
- Control and maintain related procedures to achieve maximum profits.
- Utilize company resources with the aim of enhancing output and customer service while growing the business in line with the divisional strategy and company guidelines.
- Regular reporting to senior management.

Requirements

The candidate must have extensive experience in Asphalt works. This is to include the understanding of all aspects from the asphalt mix design to laying of the asphalt and execution of the works. The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree holder in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
