Employment: Full Time

Our client is a well known fit out turnkey design and build provider. They are backed by a company with number of business interests and have offices and projects across the Middle East. Getting involved in everything from one off palaces to large commercial and retail fit out, they are expanding across the region and a Senior role has become vacant in their HQ in Bahrain.

They are seeking an Assistant Estimating Manager to run their Estimating and Bidding team of around 10 professionals. You must be experienced in Estimating fit out projects with at least 8 years experience, some of which must be here in the region. You should also have experience of managing a small team.

This role reports to the Head of Commercial and is a fantastic opportunity for future career growth.

Requirements

- Experience of fit out estimation - minimum 8 years
- Experience of managing a team
- Knowledge of local pricing for both labour and materials
- Large fit out project experience
- A proven, loyal track record with previous employers and seeing projects through from inception to completion.
