Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading home health care center that provides nursing, supportive and allied health services for people who need it at their own homes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Assistant Office manager is responsible for assisting in organizing all of the administrative and management activities which include:
- Assist in Budgeting
- Helping in ordering supplies and needed equipment
- Help in arranging appointments with the clients
- Help in managing the administrative duties
- Assist in Marketing or handling public relations
- Help in implementing procedures for dealing with patients

Requirements

- You should have minimum 5 years of experience
- You need to have a good knowledge of MS Office
- You need to have excellent communication skills
- You need to speak English and Arabic fluently
- You should have Bachelor Degree
