Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To lead and direct the efforts of the creative department;
- To have through understanding of the clients' business objectives;
- To Maintain an effective relationship with account management heads;
- To harness, develop, and manage creative talent and agency resources

Requirements

- Graduate of degree in commercial Arts with 3 years experience in a similar role, award wining portfolio
- 1 year Experience in Advertising Agency as Associate Creative Director
- Advanced knowledge of advertising and implementation skills
- Thorough knowledge of agency systems & capabilities and also brand history
- Insight into the client personnel and business
