Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Company:
Our client is one of the leading digital assets companies that provide secure financial services across the GCC. They are currently looking to hire a Back-end Developer.
Location: Remote - similar time-zone

Responsibilities:
- Write effective, scalable code
- Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
- Integrate user-facing elements into applications
- Test and debug programs
- Improve functionality of existing systems
- Implement security and data protection solutions
- Assess and prioritize feature requests
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Requirements

Relevant Experience:
- Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (ideally Django)
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS), REST API and FIX Protocol APIs
- Strong understanding of databases and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- English language proficiency required. Arabic is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in Back-end development
- Interest in crypto-assets
