Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Identify target consumers and merchandise through specific market research, Selecting suppliers based on results of research, quality of merchandise and cost effectiveness(price point)
- Negotiate with suppliers on quality and delivery time, liaise with financial institutes, preparing all financials documents for suppliers and financial institutes.
- Marketing and promote retail outlet and its business.
- Responsible for wholesale beauty products distribution.
- Design, write and oversees the production of printed promotional materials, brochures, flyers, press, release, media guides.
- Develop and prepare copy of adverting for the season/ campaign.Financial profitability and growth sales.Building brand awareness/recognition, build customer loyality, Launch new collections when received.
- Conduct sales (with business partner) as needed. Constantly research new ways of advertising and reduce stock levels.
- Monitor competition on a regular basis to ensure trends are identified.

Requirements

The main role of this manager would be to source new beauty products, create and maintain business and client relationships, oversee and increase sales to new and existing retail outlets, develop, coach and motivate a strong and effective sales team.

- Responsible for warehousing, stock and inventory management of the brand portfolio to ensure efficient supply to clients as well as optimal stock purchase recovery.
- Responsible for preparing management reports as appropriate
- Responsible for wholesale beauty products distribution.

The successful candidate must have at least 3-5 years working experience in a similar position.
