Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a long-established regional law firm who is looking to hire a Litigation Senior Associate (Bilingual - Arabic / English) to join its existing team in Manama, Bahrain, to play a lead role in the conduct of cases and interacting with clients.
The role will involve working closely with the Partners and representing clients in the Courts in relation to a broad range of Civil and Commercial Disputes, along with Property / Real Estate and Employment disputes. The firm acts for a range of high profile clients, including domestic and international businesses operating in Bahrain and the broader Middle East region.
There is excellent progression potential for the firm to grow, develop their responsibility, clients and career within a successful firm.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a qualified lawyer with at least 10 years +, demonstrable litigation experience gained at a recognised law firm. Owing to the focus on the Bahrain Courts, it is essential that you are fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English. Candidates without a high proficiency in both languages cannot be considered.
