Job description / Role
- Review TPDs consultants drawings to ensure compliance to DaM DRGs.
- Issue of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for New construction, Reconsideration, Modification, Addition, Renovation applications for TPDs consultants.
- Issue of No Objection Certificate for Start Work on Site applications for TPDs consultants.
- Issue of Completion Certificate for TPDs consultants.
- Manage the design review process with DAM’s and TPDs consultants.
- Manage all communications with DAM’s and TPDs consultants.
- Conduct site inspection visits in coordination with Technical Support and Site Supervisors.
- Follow up on project’s construction progress as per the Sales agreement.
- Follow up on project’s construction progress on site.
- Provide technical assistance for DaM and TPDs Consultants through meetings, work shops and discussions.
- Produce periodic management reports for evaluation.
- Produce application status reports and statistics.
- Provide accurate information to all TIO client’s.
- Maintain healthy relationship with TPD Consultants.
- Propose procedures developments to improve productivity.
- Does all other assigned tasks within his scope of work.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or architect
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Sound engineering, planning, and report writing skills
- Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Emerging negotiating skills
- Emerging management ability with effective and demonstrable third party supervisory skills.
