Construction Manager

Job description / Role

- Lead coordination meetings with Superintendents, Supervisors and Vendor specialists
- Dispatch activities to Superintendents and Supervisors directly reporting to the Construction Manager
- Attend coordination meetings with Client to discuss interfaces with other contractors and validate access dates
- Lead coordination meetings with Sub-contractors
- Arbitrate different priorities
- Inform Site Manager of concerns with either time or commercial impacts.
- Review and validate the planning of works with Fives Solios Planning Engineer
- Assist Fives Solios Planning Engineer with any updates and/or revisions
- Monitor the progress with the assistance of the Construction Superintendents
- Inform the Site Manager of any delays
- Responsible for high level of HSE compliance and safe execution
- Responsible of progress in accordance with approved schedule
- Respectful and polite behavior towards partners (Client, sub-contractors, subordinates, managers)
