Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading money transfer and foreign exchange company based in the GCC. They have been in continues operation since the 1920’s. They are looking to recruit a Business Analyst in Bahrain -

Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing strong relationships with leaders of business units to support user adoption, ensure proper use of applications, and foster productive utilization around the CRM and corresponding business processes.
- Understanding services offered by the Company and the CRM preferences and needs of each business leader.
- Working with the business units to gather technical requirements for new features and assess new products and capabilities of other CRM systems.
- continually analyze the value of the CRM.

Requirements

- 3 – 5 years of CRM, customer service, sales or marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of exchange, remittance and payment business, sales and marketing automation experience
- Self-starter who seeks to understand problems and presents appropriate solution options.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, advanced excel experience a plus
