Job description / Role
Our client, a leading car dealership based in Bahrain, is looking to hire an experienced CRM. Reporting to the Dealership’s General Manager, you will be responsible for managing the CRM team and for developing and delivering an effective customer journey strategy for sales, leasing and servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the Customer Satisfaction Measurement Programme.
- Identify the CRM Standards & Guidelines.
- Identify the Key performance indicators.
- Monitor the CRM web flow quality control.
- Manage customer database.
- Manage Contact Centre Operation.
Requirements
With around eight years’ relevant experience, we are seeking a CRM specialist with a strong background in managing a customer service team. The successful candidate will come from either an automotive, telecommunications, utilities or internet service provider background and have experience developing and delivering a CRM process.
