Job description / Role
Globally based Project Management and Construction Management consultancy originally from Europe have a well established MENA operation.
With a strong track record of Client representative and Project Construction Management, they have a wide portfolio of projects ranging from Educational, Institutional, Mixed Use, Hospitality, Telecommunications, Infrastructure to Masterplanning projects.
Inviting Design Managers from Mechanical background to apply to lead projects throughout the life of the design and delivery cycle, overseeing external consultants and contractors, reporting into the clients on progress and ensuring that the overall project is a design, financial and construction success.
Requirements
This individual will have approximately 20 years experience post Graduation of a Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Building Services, with the last 5 years in either a Senior Lead Mechanical Engineer position delivering large scale projects or working in a similar Design Manager position IN THE MIDDLE EAST.
Recent Middle East experience is necessary, as is excellent English communication skills to manage projects effectively and efficiently.
Large scale project experience in the Middle East will show delivery from design stage to construction.
