Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Originates, facilitates, delivers, and maintains domestic and foreign investment commitments in the Financial Services Sector from high-quality domestic and foreign investors.

- Assist to development and implementation of a robust investment promotion strategy for the Financial Services Sector
- Leverages industry knowledge and contacts to identify and cultivate prospective investors
- Provides leadership in the development of the investment propositions for the sector
- Periodically reviews and prioritizes target investors, globally, regionally and locally
- Identifies leads and opportunities with potential investors within the Financial Services sector
- Provides leadership and strategic investor relationship management for the full life-cycle of investment promotion activities
- Provides deal structuring and negotiation expertise in order to advance investment commitments by investors to the stage of financial close
- Serves as a strategic investor relationship manager with new and existing investors at the C-suite level
- Oversees continuous investor follow-up and support by the team
- Provides strategic guidance to the Market & Strategy Intelligence sector experts and International Offices in order to help them obtain all necessary company, geography and industry specific market intelligence in targeted geographies and sectors
- Provides clear, structured requests for research activities to be undertaken by the Market & Strategy Intelligence department
- Provides direction and insight to the Marketing & Communications department for all related investor/industry events and roadshows

Requirements

- University Bachelor’s Degree in the related discipline, mandatory
- Master’s Degree or Specialized Certification, mandatory
- Minimum ten to fifteen years of experience in the Financial Services sector with experience in deal structuring, negotiations and investor relations
