Long Established & Multi Disciplinary Main Contractor based in Manama – Bahrain, 25 Years of Local experience as Principal Contractor & Local JV Partner to International Contractors. Our client has the expertise and track record to make this position an exciting prospect.

With a track record of successfully winning work and delivering profitable projects across Buildings, Heavy Civil Engineering and specialist onshore marine / port works. Project Values ranging from £40-400 Million. This is a real career that offers stability, on time salary payments and growth within the group.

Having worked closely with this client for 12 Years NSR Associates are well placed to advise & give a critical key insight into working culture, key personalities & business strategy long term. With 3,000 + Manpower, Internal Divisions to service internal and external – Asphalt, Plant, MEP, Joinery & Interiors. This business is well placed to offer a sole construction solution offering guaranteed results on quality and delivery.

- You would be hard placed to get clients and suppliers that don’t have positive things to say about this key client.
- Having built some of the most iconic projects in Bahrain and across Qatar, UAE and KSA over the past 15 Years.
- They have a solid reputation for treating the supply chain well , being fair and non contractual with clients.

Do you have the GCC experience of leading a Tender team in pricing such type projects? You will be handling a team of 15 Pre Contract with a Senior Estimator for Marine , Buildings & 2 for Civil works.

An example of a recent successful award would be as follows:

- 5* Hotel -RC frame Construction with full fit out and delivery of all aspects. 175 Beds with 5 restaurants and leisure facilities – Contract Value £140 Million
- Highway Project – Consisting of a new 4 Lane Highway , Bridges and access roads – Contract Value £90 Million

Requirements

The following is critical for our client :

- Experience of pricing and winning work in the Middle East in a Estimation Manager Capacity
- Western Educated & Trained
- Strong communication skills, able to manage up stream and down stream
- Client facing, Confident to Business Develop & Maximize on business opportunities
- Able to look outside the box and add value to a client, understand key drivers whether cost, program or technology
- Candy Software Experience Desired
