Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage calendar on a proactive basis, i.e. manage the calendar to space out meetings, prioritize them etc. on her own, without having to consult with me on every item or just blindly accepting every meeting request that comes along.
- Manage travel in most optimal way possible – in-depth understanding of routes, airlines, alternative modes of travel etc.
- Facilitate interaction with direct reports and team on various strategic and administrative matter.
- Help track and manage action items / to do lists on an ongoing basis
- Facilitate interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare the office budget
- Process Travel and Entertainment expense reports. Processing, monitoring and recording other expenses of the office
- Manage filing, paper based as well as electronic
- Manage contacts
- Perform duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

- At least 3 years experiences as an Executive Secretary, preferably with a financial institution, at an Executive Management level
- Strong English language both spoken and written
- Arabic would be an advantage
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs
