Job description / Role
Purpose: To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Client Services team within the Placement and Relationship Management. The duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:
Duties:
- Arrange for meetings internally within the bank and, to a smaller extent, externally with clients and other contacts.
- Perform secretarial duties that include, but are not limited to:
- Managing the calendar, preparing communications, and telephone reception
- Preparing travel arrangements (e.g., flight and hotel reservations, visa applications, transportation, etc.) and file expense reports
- Filing, document copying
- Learn systems and processes used by the PRM team and be able to respond or satisfy RM / client queries.
- Assist in the processing of KYC requirements.
- Maintain information in the CRM and other system as requested by team members.
- Provide backup administrative support for any other team within PRM in cases whereby one or more assistants may not be in the office.
- Receive and guide visiting clients, shareholders, directors and senior staff.
- Undertake special projects, as required.
- Perform additional duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Bahraini, Female
- At least 3 years experiences as an Executive Secretary, preferably with a financial institution
- Strong English language both spoken and written
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
