Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a newly built UK curriculum private school in Bahrain and started operations in 2017 with a capacity for 3100+ students. The team behind the school has more than 25 years of experience in the educational field and has other schools in the region also. They are currently seeking an EYFS School Teacher.

You will have a passion to inspire young minds and a commitment to ensure that every pupil strives to achieve their potential. You will develop schemes of work and lesson plans in line with curriculum objectives and facilitate an optimal learning environment by establishing quality relationships with pupils. You will assess and record progress and prepare pupils for national tests, link pupils’ knowledge to earlier learning, and develop ways to encourage it further, challenging and inspiring pupils to help them deepen their knowledge and understanding.

General Responsibilities:

- Commitment to staff and pupil well-being, parent education, and supporting the development of a strong culture of community
- Comply with and demonstrate an active commitment to safeguarding policies, procedures, and code of conduct
- Take a proactive and professional approach to school life and professional development

Salary:
BHD 850 to 1,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Employment Visa & Sponsorship, Transportation, Medical Insurance, Annual Return Flight Ticket

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education or Equivalent qualification or PGCE
- UK or IB curriculum experience
- Minimum 1-year teaching experience
- International Experience Desirable
