Finance Business Analysis Manager - GCC

Main Responsibilities:
- The role is a key focal point in the business and is frequently called upon to facilitate and influence a wide range of business decisions in high pressure settings with tight deadlines.
- Accountable for delivery of business strategic and tactical plans using a hybrid of direct decision making and supporting the company in taking the right and timely decisions through provision of insights.
- Lead the delivery of actual results on a month on month basis through developing tools and models which allow for timely review of business performance and course correction.
- Ownership of the organization wide budgeting & forecasting process including /all forecasts etc. Deliver all requirements as mandated by EMEA Region and Company..
- Responsible for driving maximizationI on all project based, promotional and new investment spend (including capital) through provision of value added insights and challenging the status quo
- Drive margin improvement across all of our categories through providing viable options on pricing strategy, product analysis, mix, cost transformation and portfolio (including innovation) decisions in collaboration with marketing and supply teams
- Carry out environment scanning including competitor and macro economic reviews. Highlight areas of risks and flag potential opportunities for investment. Accountable for developing and implementing early warning signal for the business over the short and medium term.
- Leadership of the BA team (coaching, inspiring and developing). Build a strong team and realize a talent pool of high performers who capitalize on exposure to BA to fast track their careers

Main Purpose Of Role:
- Drive for the delivery of our annual business plan KPIs by influencing a wide variety of stakeholders through provision of accurate financial information and insights
- Act as a business partner across functions and lead cross functional teams to challenge business decisions, provide analysis & recommendations and ensure the organization remains on track to deliver key objectives and strategies.
- Evaluate business opportunities and portfolio priorities, driving quarterly forecasting and influencing gap planning, and leading continuous improvement of business processes. Establish disciplined decision making, smart risk taking and “standard work” protocols for analytics and forecasting.
- Lead the finance support to our categories and take ownership for sustainable margin improvements
- Build a BA team in GCC and develop a bench of capable and diverse successors for key financial roles in GCC. Coach, Inspire and develop the team,.

Requirements

- Must be ACA/ACMA/ACCA/MBA Qualified.
- 8+ years of experience in the managing Planning and Control finance teams within FMCG - MNCs.
- Must have a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Must have advanced skills of developing and growing sizeable teams.
- Must have Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
- Must have Commercial and Portfolio Strategy Planning & Execution experience.
- Must have Pricing & Spend Effectiveness experience.
- Must have Planning and Resource Allocation experience.
- Must have analysis of Brand/Channel profitability experience.
- Must have a deep understanding of COS and DC..
- Must have core business processes experience of, COSO framework, ERP / SAP conversant, US GAAP, IAS
