Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is one of the largest providers of alternative investment products. The company offers investments in corporate investment, real estate and hedge funds.

They are currently hiring for a Fund Operations Officer to oversee the administrator activities for the SPVs (Funds) to ensure accurate and timely portfolio reconciliations for periodic reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Management and oversight of SPVs activities including:
- Fund administration and monitoring of SPVs
- Liaising with external fund, administrators, auditors and banks
- Internal SPV and MIS reporting
- Oversight of capital call and distribution processes.
- Development and maintenance of a robust control environment.
- Ongoing liaison with the external fund administrator.
- Support the review and enhancement of PM1 (Expersoft) system reporting.

Requirements

- 1-3 yrs experience in securities administration with bank, a fund administrator or a financial sector service provider.
- English proficiency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Finance qualification from an internationally recognized institution .
- Strong analytical skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
