Job description / Role
Within the position of General Manager, you will be responsible for the entire operations of the Piling Division. You will directly be managing all operations and report to the Vice President of the business unit. You will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, profitability and productivity of the division and ensure a safe workplace at all times.
Role and Responsibilities include:
- Manage personnel
- Coordinate and supervise all site activities
- Allocate sufficient resources to current jobs
- Obtain future jobs for the division
- Attend progress meetings with clients whenever required
- Regular reporting to the management
Requirements
- Extensive experience in the Piling Industry
- A Civil Engineering Degree (or equivalent)
- A minimum of 15 years Construction Industry experience
- Experienced in working on projects in the GCC
- Proven ability to manage teams
