Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is the first sports entertainment company in Bahrain, looking for a Graphic Designer .

Job Responsibilities:
- Create the visual identity for events, including display material, production material, promotional material, merchandise, outdoor campaigns, advertising (web and print) and other marketing material as required
- Update the image of BIC as required through designing collaterals such as office suites, templates, booklets and other internal communication material
- Good understanding of finalizing work for production and a good knowledge of production techniques
- Support internal venue branding at BIC including signage, car branding, drag strip branding, event spaces and similar
- Confidently review designs from suppliers for correction, quality and final print to match BIC standards
- Responsible for designing digital artwork as required for website, email marketing, social media and other online ads
- Ability to prepare and edit videos and animation is an asset
- Support sponsorship department with all requests pertaining to sponsors i.e. track branding / lounge branding
- Have a basic understanding of motorsport and environment of the brand, in specific Formula 1
- Able to tackle a variety of design related tasks from web to branding, to production
- Knowledgeable with computer programs relevant to graphic designing (i.e. Photoshop / Illustrator / Freehand / InDesign) and Flash, After Effects
- Confidently work within a small team, under a high pressure environment and work from conception to production stages

Requirements

- Degree in Design or in a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Additional skills: MS Office, Knowledgeable with computer programs relevant to graphic designing (i.e. Photoshop / Illustrator / Freehand / InDesign) and Flash, After Effects
- Desirable Skills: Layout Skills, Creative Services, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented, Creative with the ability to make designs from the scratch
