Job description / Role
- Play a key role in bringing strategic focus on the assigned brands and ensure consistency in creative products to deliver the best solution to the client.
- To forecast and achieve all financial goals set for the group/ unit thereby contributing to agency profitability
- To ensure that the team is aligned with agency goals and standards in order to consistently meet client expectation.
- To manage agency resources in an effective and efficient manner
- To Motivate the team and develop their skills to ensure that optimum effectiveness is maintained
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration
- 3 years as account director of a year in a similar.
- Total experience of 12 years with large agency experience
- MBA holder and bilingual (English & Arabic ).
- Managerial skills to control agency resources in an effective manner
