Job description / Role
Our client is the first sports entertainment company in Bahrain. They are currently looking for HR Officer to support the human resource team on 6 months contract -
In this role you will -
- Work with various departments.
- Provide staff orientations.
- Maintain employee records.
- Monitor the absences schedule.
- Coordinate the staff recruitment and selection process.
- Organize staff training, workshops and activities.
- Assist employees with work matters, industrial matters , personal problems and career development.
- Help in implementing changes in the organization.
Requirements
- Qualified to degree level in a relevant subject ( HR or Management ) or At least one year experience of working in HR roll.
- Enjoy working with people.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Sound judgement and decision making skill
