Job description / Role
The HR officer will be responsible for:
- Human resources management
- Job descriptions
- Recruitments and Induction
- Performance review methods and techniques
- Payroll preparations
- Staff training, development and recognition
- Provide administrative support to the department head
- Compile and update employee records
- Prepare reports relating to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc
- Coordinate HR meetings, training, surveys and related projects.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelors / Masters, Specialized in Human Resources Management
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of continuous experience handling various functions of Human Resources.
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective written communication skills
- Pleasing personality
