Human Capital Executive

Job description / Role

We are looking for a Human Capital Executive who will provide operational support in all areas related to employee experience including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management and employee engagement.

The Human Capital Executive will:

- Draft and review policies and procedures related to Human Capital
- Prepare and amend where necessary Human Capital documents
- Assist in posting job ads on careers pages and process received resumes
- Facilitate and track employee performance review and training
- Create regular reports and presentations on Human Capital metrics
- Process internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team activities
- Act as the first point of contact for all personnel queries
- Assure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and liaising with authorities
- Participate in career fairs

Requirements

The Human Capital Executive will be someone who can work with limited supervision and who keeps abreast of industry trends and best practices. The Human Capital Executive must be a proactive team player and ready to help in a variety of areas, even those outside the original scope of responsibilities.

Desired Skills and Experience

We seek a motivated, efficient and detail oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and characteristics:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, management, or any relevant field
- Preferably bi-lingual
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Committed to maintain high quality standards and meeting deadlines under pressure
- Have and analytical mind with a logical thought process
- Organized and accurate
