I.T. Professional

Job description / Role

Looking for an IT professional capable of building an IT infrastructure for a large construction company, he or she must be able to source and set up hardware such as severs, printers, and PCs.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft outlook is crucial, including the ability to set up a server linked company email and create a scheduling system with automatic notifications through outlook.

The IT professional will essentially head the newly formed I.T. department and must adapt and learn how to fully manage new software adopted by the company such as construction management and cost management tools.

The I.T. professional must be motivated, willing to take initiative, and well versed in programming language.

Requirements

- Bachelors in I.T related fields, may include computer science, network administration, and software design and development.
- Knowledge of programming language (Java,C++,SQL etc.)
- Strong project management skills
- extensive and up to date knowledge in all Microsoft office software
- Server maintenance and management (hardware and software)
- Date base design and management
- Ability to take initiative, work well in a team, and lead the newly established IT department
- Ability to source and set up hardware
- Strong english skill (Written and verbal)
