Employment: Full Time

We are currently recruiting an Information Security Manager on behalf of a prestigious financial services organisation headquartered in Bahrain.

The successful applicant will take overall responsibility to develop and own a customized Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and the consequent frameworks, manuals, policies and procedures.

It is also vital to take a leading role in developing the company's disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Finally developing and maintaining an excellent relationship with different business heads is essential to fully understand the functional requirements of IT Security.

Requirements

Applications are sought from those with a minimum of 7 years of work experience and this will have been gained in a financial services environment. You will have a strong knowledge of IT operations, technical controls and the latest technologies with regards to IT Security. Your technical knowledge will also include Telecoms, Networks, Security, Applications and Database. An understanding of the risks and opportunities of international E-commerce would also be essential for this requirement.

You will have a Bachelors Degree in Computer/Information Sciences coupled with industry recognised qualifications such as CISA, CISM, ISO27001 and COBIT. It is essential that you have an excellent command of the English language.

Applications are open internationally and the salary package is 1200BD per month.
