Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a global company which was established in 1989 to provide practical knowledge and hands-on experience in their core expertise areas to support the development of emerging markets. Over the last 25 years, they have supported multiple local management teams in the implementation of key projects

Responsibilities
• Providing a professional, efficient and proactive secretarial service at all times;
• Formatting of regulations, laws, and other legal documents;
• Analyzing, researching and summarizing legal information;
• Liaising with stakeholders on behalf of the team to set up meetings, collect and save data and information, etc.
• Maintaining a professional relationship with internal/external stakeholders
• Maintaining contacts database;
• Logging daily calls, and following up on calls;
• General ad-hoc work as required from time to time

Requirements

• Experience in drafting of legal documents
• Experience in file management including scanning, filing, archiving etc.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent note taking of meetings, interpreting, translation and computer skills (MS Office);
• Ability to communicate in person, on the telephone and in writing in a professional manner in Arabic & English
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Possess a flexible and positive attitude and the capability to deal with a varied workload to meet deadlines
