Job description / Role
Responsible for the collaboration with the Sales Director and service sales staff to develop and achieve
• The District order budget, utilizing business processes
• Provides direction and support to the business in executing corporate objectives/initiatives (i.e. KPI's, orders growth, product mix, market pricing, etc.)
• Responsible for managing HR related processes including people development, staffing, compensation,
• Performance management.
• Develops and fosters communication with sales and operations, including effective problem resolution,
• Renewing New/ Old service agreement, refurbishment contracts.
• Responsible for creating an environment of customer satisfaction and delight
• Meets with key clients, assisting Sales force with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Coordinates liaison between service sales department and other service sales related units
• Prepares periodic sales report showing service sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition
• Attends sales meetings
• Directs and leads area service sales personnel in achievement of planned result
• Assist on national account work
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 5+ years industry experience.
• 3+ years direct Service sales and key accounts management experience.
• Meeting Sales targets
