Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading investment management company focuses on offering a diversified range of financial products and services to their clients.

They are currently looking for an experienced Investment Manager with diversified skills and knowledge in investment, wealth and asset management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Revenue generation and deal sourcing
- Team cost management and transaction and team profitability
- Create value for the shareholders
- Train and maintain quality staff and process
- Client Satisfaction and successful transactional track record
- Development of Departments investment plans and investment guidelines along with managing the Investment team
- Visiting clients and developing the right product mix for the potential targeted/ existing clients
- Define target market and target clients that can fit within the bank overall strategy/appetite in the region and at the same time with its capability and capacity structure products that satisfy the customers needs negotiate agreements with internal and external solicitors approaching the approving authorities for related approvals and providing periodic updates (General Duty) closing approved deals in the most professional manner(General Duty)
- Review and manage all reports prepared by Investment Department
- Review of investment opportunities and provide recommendations and appraisals to the CEO and the Management Committee.
- Provide recommendations to the clients of different asset classes based on their respective risk return appetite.
- Fully review the due diligence reports submitted in relations to the asset classes and managing the portfolio risks in collaboration with other manager and the Management Committee for compliance with investment and risk guidelines
- Supervise the Investment sourcing and responsible for execution
- Oversee the monitoring of different investments
- Marketing activities: Preparing presentations for clients - Focusing on the potential targets as well as potential M&A houses
- Independent research on Coms valuation and research on market, industry and sector
- Independently prepare marketing documents
- Identifying investment opportunities with a detailed description of the risk and reward parameters
- Prepare external marketing materials such as Teaser, PPM, presentations etc.
- Prepare internal approval memos and corresponding presentations.
- Lead deal teams to fully transact ECM, advisory, or other investment banking transactions.
- Manage the distribution or fund-raising process, as needed, for any debt or equity transactions.
- Monitor the non-performing assets of the Bank and decide on appropriate strategies and plans for re-structuring/recovery.
- Set goals, objectives and measurement standards for the department, and monitor and evaluate the performance of the section on a periodical basis.
- Ensure that departmental efforts are coordinated in meeting customer requirements.
- Assess and recommend the systems requirements of the department for timely and quality customer service and better utilization of staff.

Requirements

A relevant academic/professional qualification, preferably MBA, Master's in Finance/Accounting/Economics or Masters in any other subject, and preferably other qualification related to Banking/Accounting.

A minimum experience of 5 years in the banking/financial industry.
