Employment: Full Time

Reporting to one or more manager in the Investors Relationship Management (IRM) Department, the primary role of the Marketing Coordinator/Executive Assistant is to facilitate the communication between the IRM team members and investors. It is all about ensuring that good communication between the marketing team and the investors take place and to support the IRM Team’s everyday operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings with investors for the IRM team members as soon as asked for;
- Compile accurate and up-to-date reports and marketing data for IRM line managers to share with investors;
- Be always ready to do research and find contact details of new clients;
- Have excellent communication skills, very patient and pleasant while answering clients’ queries verbally, and ready to answer investor’s email on the same day the email is received;
- Should be up-to-date and knowledgeable about the demographic of investments that the IRM Team is offering to investors;
- Prepare material for the IRM managers for proposals and correspondence so that their ideas can be successfully conveyed to investors;
- Collate investor reports from the Investment Administration team and send to investors on request or periodically as and when requested;
- Manage all travel arrangements for the team including flights, accommodation, visas, ground transportation, etc.;
- Provide back-up support to other Marketing Coordinators whenever needed;
- Process business expense claims for the IRM Team on a timely basis;
- Maintain the filing system and insure timely updates for all files;
- Update and organize the contact lists for the team members;
- Work closely with the Investment Administration Team and Treasury Operations to produce and distribute accurate investor reports.

Requirements

- Having a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management or business administration is not a necessity but is an asset;
- Excellent at gathering information as the instructions from IRM line managers will change on a constant basis depending on the demand of the market and investors;
- Can work under pressure to tight deadlines and well versed in workload delegation;
- Articulate, pleasant personality and polite;
- Very high organizational skills;
- Excellent in Arabic and English language both conversational and writing.
- Proficient is using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint applications and able to produce accurate mail merge documents.
