Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading home health care center that provides nursing, supportive and allied health services for people who need it at their own homes.

The office manager is responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. The manager also has several duties which include:
- Budgeting
- Ordering supplies
- Manage the administrative duties
- Monitor the progress of the department
- Understanding the financial background of the office
- Marketing or handling public relations
- Fulfilling a human resources role, including hiring staff
- Creating procedures for dealing with patients
- Overseeing staff

Requirements

- You should have minimum 5 years of experience
- You need to have a good knowledge of MS Office
- You need to have excellent communication skills
- You need to speak English and Arabic fluently
- You should have Bachelor Degree
