Job description / Role
Looking for ( Personal Assistant ) for one of the world’s most innovative Islamic investment banks in Bahrain.
- Organizing the conferences, teleconferences and travel requirements such as visas, flight bookings and hotel
- Prepare creating documents, including graphics, charts or presentations in Arabic and or English as required
- Carrying out background research and presenting findings
- Organizing meetings and ensuring the executive is well prepared for the meetings
- Dealing with incoming email and faxes
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in the banking sector.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Good organizational and time management skills
