Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for rent on the property, selection of tenants in collaboration with the Leasing Manager, draft rental or lease agreements, collection of deposits and rent, solve tenant issues, and oversee eviction in case of rent agreement violation scenario.
- Updating the owners about the physical condition of the property, and all financial arrangements.
- Responsible for scheduling all maintenance and repairs with vendors, and ensuring that the property at all given time is being taken care of.
- Responsible for the preparation of the Revenue Budget in partnership with the Finance Manager and General Manager.
- Responsible for the day to day management of all retail and office tenants including tenant relations, lease renewals, lease variations and lease surrenders
- Liaising with Marketing Department to exchange information on tenant feedback
- Liaising with Leasing Department with regards to potential vacant space due to lease surrender discussions
- Preparing the regular weekly reports on leasing of the mall & offices and occupancy levels and present them to the Client Representative and Line Manager.
- Working cooperatively with the Operations Department to ensure the collection and preparation of all necessary documentation for tenants to commence fitting out. Thereafter, follow up with technical specialists as and when required.
- Responsible for access card to building and car park.
- Coordinate with the cleaning company on all the issues
- Coordinate with the security company on all the issues
- Coordinate with the maintenance company on all the issues
- Coordinate with the landscaping company on all the issues

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management or an associated discipline
- Minimum 6 years of experience in property management, preferably in the GCC
- High degree of human relations skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Should have the skills in organizing meetings and coordination
- Required to be computer literate.
