Employment: Full Time

Sixpence Group is a leading HR Solutions company currently looking for an active Recruitment Resourcer to join the Recruitment Department team.

Job Purpose:
Achieves staffing objectives by networking, sourcing, interviewing and shortlisting suitable candidates.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage in candidate research to generate qualified leads for current and future vacancies.
- Market mapping companies within our industry across various geographical locations.
- Ownership and management of Recruitment Software (Arithon) - ensure the software is up-to-date, analysis of its data to identify problems and issues with hiring processes
- Sourcing talent using various job boards
- Coordinate the implementation of our recruiting process on a daily basis
- Ensure candidates are continuously informed during the hiring process
- Build network / talent pools of candidates within the industry
- Network and advertise to potential candidates
- Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
- Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in HR, Business or any related field.
- Fluency in English language.
- 0 to 1 year experience.
- Proven project management and execution skills
- Proactive and always looking for ways to improve own work
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Wants to become a recruiter and interested in learning everything about it
- Adapts well to change, demonstrates resilience, flexibility and energy
