Resourcer (Recruitment)

Job description / Role

Objectives: An exciting opportunity has risen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a boutique recruitment firm in Bahrain.

Reporting to: Director.

Main responsibilities:

Sourcing/ identifying potential candidates for the assigned roles
Interviewing
Preparing assessments reports
Candidate management
Database maintenance
Research
Administration.

Requirements

Nature and length of previous experience: Min 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment's/talent acquisition environment.

Specialist knowledge: Knowledge of recruitment sourcing techniques including job portals, job boards, social media and other sourcing techniques.

Soft Skills and Personality traits:

Have good communication skills
Be able to cope with pressure
Team player
Attention to detail.

Current Location: Bahrain.
