Employment: Full Time

The Role:
- Manage the day to day running of the business.
- Keeping up with and ensuring company policy, standards and compliance duties are adhered to.
- Managing, supporting and motivating 50+ staff
- Ensuing health and safety checks and Maintenance on hygiene standards
- Sales Experience, and ability to drive sales, revenue by up selling
- Full financial accountability - Keeping a tight watch on profit and loss to drive revenue.

Requirements

- Have at least 2 years experience as Assistant Manager or 1 year as Store Manager to be considered
- Experience within a large retail store and promotional templates
- Strong knowledge on the financial aspects of the business
- Commercially aware and strong retail savvy!
- Proven leader
- Able to comply to company structure and procedures
- Passionate about training their team and assisting them to excel to the best they can be!
- Experience with logistics and supply chain of a retail business (incl deliveries etc)
