Client is a leading beverage distributor in Bahrain who has been established in the region for almost 50 years seek to hire a Retail Manager Professional to join their highly experienced and respected team.

The retail arm of the business is thriving, operating on a single premise platform the business houses both regular and premium products; whilst also offering an signature line to meet the desires of high-end customers.

Responsibilities:
- To manage the day-to-day running of this single property retail business.
- Keeping up with and ensuring company policy, standards and compliance duties are adhered to.
- Managing, supporting and motivating a 50+ strong multinational staff team.
- Ensuring health and safety checks are met, whilst also maintaining hygiene standards
- Sales Experience, and the ability to drive sales to increase revenue, aswell as the abiity to support customers resulting in up sell.
- Devise promotional and revenue drives
- Analyse sales and rotate stock accordingly, where applicable
- Full financial accountability - Keeping a tight watch on profit and loss to drive revenue.

Requirements

Due to the nature of the role only European Male candidates can be considered.

This role would suit someone of a single / no family status, as the role requires support on alternate weekends and rotational evenings throughout the week.

The package is exceptional:
- Salary plus exceptional annual Bonus
- Fully furnished executive accommodation in a property and location chosen by you. All utility bills are covered for you.

- Monthly laundry allowance; The company provides a laundry allowance to support your full laundry requirements per month.
- Yearly return flights to your passport home country each year; en-cashable should you wish to not return to your home country in a 12 month period.
- 30 days holidays, ideally the majority of the vacation is to be taken ideally during Ramadan when the company retail operations are closed for the month, however there is flexibility to accommodate other expat holidays..

- Relocation cargo costs.

The company shall provide relocation cargo weight allowance for up to 200kg luggage.
