Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a fashion and lifestyle brand. Our client is looking to hire a Store Manager for their outlet in Bahrain.

You will be responsible for supervising the duties of staff members to include coaching, training and assisting them in achieving sales objectives. You will demonstrate an active management presence on the sales floor, exemplifying exceptional service and ensuring all team members embody the brand spirit. In addition, you will manage operations.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a background in a retail management position as well as experience managing a large team. You should have strong leadership skills alongside excellent organisational and problem solving abilities. It is essential you can work under your own initiative and direction to achieve company objectives. You should already be based in Bahrain.
