Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A holding company are currently have some requirement for Sales Engineers cum division manager for lifts and elevators with projects background

Job responsibility:
- Plan, direct, and manage all activities within the Field division and coordinate those activities with other divisions, outside agencies and the public include (GCC).
- Develop, recommend and implement division goals, objectives, policies and priorities for each service area.
- Plan, direct and coordinate, through staff, the work plan for assigned activities.
- Review and evaluate work methods and procedures. Identify and resolve problems.
- Assess and monitor work load, administrative and support systems, and internal reporting relationships. Identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the employee interview/selection process. Train, motivate and evaluate assigned staff.
- Explain, justify and defend division programs, policies and activities. Negotiate and resolve sensitive and controversial issues.
- Prepare and present staff reports and other necessary correspondence.
- Operational procedures of wastewater collections treatment and lift station facilities.
- Principles and practices of construction.
- Principles and procedures of contract negotiation.
- Principles and practices of program development and administration.
- Principles and practices of budget preparation and administration.
- Principles of supervision, training and performance evaluation.
- Pertinent Federal, State and local laws, codes, regulations and ordinances.
- Environmental compliance processes.
- Site security principles and processes.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in software sales and knowledge of technology.

Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.

Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. 3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales

Experience and familiarity of left and elevator and line of business a related field is strongly preferred

Sales Engineer experience often has other titles including Application Engineer, Field Consultant, Pre-sales support, and Area Support Engineer.
