Employment: Full Time

Our client has been in business for over 40 years. They are a diversified multinational business enterprise in the complete value chain of project engineering, project contracting, planning & control, installation, operation & maintenance, manufacturing & trading in electro-mechanical products, systems and MEP services.

They are currently recruiting a Sales Engineer to work in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle both technical and sales activities related to HVAC systems including all related document and prepare the required quotation and submittals.
- Provide front point of contact services for the company’s customers, help potential customers understand, compare and contrast the available solutions
- Prepare proposals based on the project’s technical specifications and requirements.
- Provide solutions and designs as per the customer’s requirement.
- Supervise and organise bids’ preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
- Build strong customer trust to the company’s technical strength and level of professionalism.
- Participate in technical meetings with customers and HVAC consultants.
- Follow up,track, record and report all sales inquiries, quotations and purchase orders.
- Equipment ordering as per the signed agreement with the customer.
- Control, follow up, track and facilitate all customers’ deliveries.
- Coordinate with all related departments/teams to facilitate the whole sales cycle.
- Transfer the full information of released quotation, signed jobs and issued products to the support teams.
- Sales support and team back up.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree of Mechanical Engineering
- Computer skills, suitable software proficiency including Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and preferably Arabic.
- Have skills of representing the company and meet customer inside and outside the company.
