Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Build and Reinforce relationship with existing merchants.
- Build up a merchant specific file for each of our existing merchants, new merchants and merchants doing business exclusively with competition for the purpose of targeting the same.
- Increase the number of merchants and seek new opportunities of increasing revenue from existing merchants; ensure that all merchants are serviced in accordance with committed levels quality & time frames.

Requirements

- University degree or equivalent professional qualification
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Retail Sales and Support
- Extensive product and market knowledge
- Experience in policies, system and procedures of the Bank
- Good written and oral communication skills with strong PC skills
- Exceptionally good sales and sales management skills
- Should have past experience in dealing with key relationships.
- Aware of the developments taking place at each of the merchants
- Bahraini National
