Employment: Full Time

Sales Executive’s job entails contacting potential customers through telephone and persuading them to be a part of our elite projects. The daily activities include presenting and describing the benefits of our events to the clients and ensuring their participation; collecting information about the customers and documenting it; and maintaining a contact database of potential customers.

Responsibilities:
- To identify qualified prospects and effectively present the key features and benefits of our projects and secure their participation as delegates.
- To initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with new clients under minimal supervision.
- To aim at attaining pre-determined sales targets in assigned regions and industry categories.
- To develop prospective customers contact database (Lead Database).

Requirements

- Degree in a relevant professional field eg Business, Marketing, Human Resources
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in Arabic & English
- Well developed ICT Skills
- 1-3 years of outbound sales experience
- Experience of event management and/or training industry

Skills and Specifications:
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

- Perseverance to reach and exceed pre-determined sales targets.
