Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Sales initiatives and evaluations to make recommendations to prospect clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
- Assist in developing annual business plan in conjunction with the Head of Sales and Client Relationship, with detailed activities to follow during the fiscal year.
- Demonstrate the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
- Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale.
- Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and business solutions to their problems.
- Demonstrate the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects' business problems.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Producing a detailed monthly, quarterly and annual targets business Sales plan in conjunction with the discussions with the Head of Sales and Client Relationship.
- The role is client facing and so daily contact with clients is a big part of this job and therefore the ability to communicate effectively is essential.
- Responsible for selling the Service to and negotiating a deal with the decision maker able to handle all complex questions and objections from the restaurant
- They are consistent performers who will turn every qualified appointment into a new customer
- Targeting and attracting new restaurants.

Requirements

- Should be bilingual Arabic - English.
- 4 year Bachelors degree.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a financial sales or customer service environment.
- Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people.
- CRM - Sales Force - ERP is preferable.
- Sales-driven personality and a competitive nature.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
- All-developed presentation skills.
