Job description / Role
Our client is one of the Manufacturing companies in Bahrain. They are currently looking for a Salesman.
Main Responsibilities:
- Seeking new customers
- Ability to develop and follow a product and segment strategy
- Answering new customer inquiries
- Familiar with tender submission formalities
- Development of new products
- Quick familiarity with product specifications and prices
- Organization of orders (i.e. planning, scheduling, tracking)
- Maintenance of individual sales targets
- Collection of outstanding from customers
Requirements
- 5 to10 years of experience in paper and/or plastics manufacturing company, preferably in GCC
- Main market focus: Hotels, Restaurants,
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Business/Commerce/Management
- Good experience in ERP system for 2-5 years
- Excellent communication skills
- A confident and determined approach
- Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection
- Self-motivation and drive
