The ISBN's Industry Leaders Think Tank is a business community led by forward-thinking procurement and supply chain executives with a focus on solving current industry value chain challenges, while inspiring a sustainable and resilient supply chain movement.

Within this community, we will launch a new Think Tank for the Fashion and Personal Care Industry Value Chain. The primary charter of this role is creating the ISBN Fashion and Care Industry Value Chain community of CPOs and CSCOs using the existing ISBN Think Tank framework.

The industry lead will support the execution of industry growth plans across regions for the Intelligent Spend and Business Network Solution Area by being a trusted industry expert and thought leader. You will also be responsible for the syndication of industry-specific best practices by curating customer stories from the Think Tank member companies. We use a simple storytelling approach using various mediums to help with accelerating sales cycles and increasing win rates and renewal rates.

The Industry Value Chain Sales team is part of the SAP ISBN M&S organization, and its vision is to dominate strategic industries and become the indisputable cloud spend solution provider.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Recruit and retain 15 renowned global CPOs and Chief Supply Chain Officers
- Plan, host and drive the executive quarterly meetings by engaging the external subject matter experts relevant to the Think Tank group
- Manage the project to drive the Think Tank mission given by the members, through engaging and leading the Action tank members assigned by the Executives.
- Develop and publish the outcomes and projects developed at the Think Tank and Action Tank meetings to drive ISBN's thought leadership and market awareness
- Build relationships with both Think Tank and Action Tank members as a trusted advisor
- Promote and highlight each member by engaging in the Industry Leaders Journey podcast, other Video series, Industry value chain panel discussions, as well as some articles and blogs
- Build a franchisee of the regional Think Tank by coaching and guiding the regional Franchisee Think Tank Angels
- Support the regional think tank activities and connect them to create the global Fashion and Personal Care procurement community
- Advocate SAP ISBN's industry best practices, industry-specific business processes, and outcomes to deliver industry-specific business content across the user groups in collaboration with CE&X teams
- Develop internal relationships with the Fashion/CPG/Retail industry experts across SAP and build a bridge between ISBN and SAP Industries teamsq

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Procurement or/and supply chain practitioner in the Fashion or Personal Care product value chain is preferred
- Great networker and community builder with high emotional intelligence
- Experience with C-Level executives
- Exceptional presentation skills and written communication skills required

Basic Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum 15 or more years of successful software experience and/or procurement experience
