The position will be based out of Bahrain or Qatar and the incumbent will need to report to the Risk Management Manager for Bahrain and Qatar practices of KPMG.
Position Summary:
The IT Advisory team in Bahrain is looking for professional consultants at Senior Consultant / Manager Level. As part of the team, you will be advising our clients on executive and management issues, defining strategies based on leading practices, identifying and championing large transformations, and assisting with key decisions on how technology will drive business performance, enrich the customer experience, and optimize costs.
Job Requirement:
• Manage multiple large scale information technology and business transformation projects according to standard practices
• Understand a client’s business strategy and help to define the link with technology.
• Support end-to-end technology-enabled business transformation for Tier 1 and Tier 2 ERP, Business Intelligence, and IT Service Management solutions.
• Support the development of application strategy and solution selection, including options analysis and business case development.
• Solution Expert, providing assistance on technical solutions and industry knowledge as required.
• Functional Expert, providing best practices for the implementation of relevant processes and procedures.
• Manage and build the client relationship and opportunities for business expansion with the client.
Requirements
Engagement Delivery Experience
Experience in delivering management consulting projects in the IT domain covering the following service offerings:
• IT Strategy & Business Transformation
• Large Scale Program / Project Management
• ERP Advisory (SAP, Oracle & Microsoft)
• IT Digital Transformation
• IT Due Diligence
• Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Business Intelligence / Data Analytics
• Cyber Security & Governance
• Project Management Office (PMO) Setup
• IT Internal audit
• Operations Cost optimization
Professional Skills:
• 6+ yrs. (Sr. Consultant), 8+ yrs. (Manager) experience in account management, at senior levels of external client organizations, with proven success at expanding business base, and a strong ability to manage and direct client expectations
• High degree of technical skills such as business platforms like ERP, CRM, BI is advantageous
• Experience in proposal development and presentations to new / potential / existing clients
• Experience creating, facilitating, and presenting reports and workshops to senior-level client stakeholders
• PMP, CISA, CISM, ITIL or other relevant certifications would be preferred. Preference will be given toward candidates that have one or more of these qualifications
• BS / BA degree in Computer Science, Business Management or a related field; M.B.A. preferred
Experience requirement:
• Senior Consultant : 6 - 8 years of similar experience in any Big 4 consulting and /or a leading commercial organization of which a majority should be in Management consulting in IT domain
• Manager : 8 - 10 years of similar experience in any Big 4 consulting and /or a leading commercial organization of which a majority should be in Management consulting in IT domain

• Ambitious, mature and business-minded with strong leadership and high ethical standards
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, analytical ability and presentation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks
Language requirements:
• Ability to write reports with the highest standard of English
• Good Spoken Engish
• Bilingual skills i.e. English - Arabic will be an advantage.
