Senior Hardware / Network Technical Support - Point of Sales

Job description / Role

- Troubleshooting PC, POS Machines and PDA devices to avoid downtime at store levels
- Troubleshooting emails to ensure that information are well communicated at all levels
- Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and LAN to ensure connectivity of all users
- Troubleshooting Bio-Metric to help monitor the time and attendance
- Installation and troubleshooting of Windows/office/MS Projects/Antivirus…etc. to ensure that all users are well equipped
- Troubleshooting ADSL to ensure connectivity of all users
- Troubleshooting of hardware’s like printer, scanner etc. to ensure that all users are well equipped
- Train New Staff on POS / PDA / Bio Metric Systems to ensure that system will be properly used
- Answering technical queries to assist the user
- Database Back-up and Restore to ensure data availability at all times
- Ensure on-time project delivery

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma on related courses.
- Should have Over 3 year’s Technical experience in this field.

Job Specific Skills:
- MCSE / MCITP & CCNA Certified.

Generic Skills:
- Experienced in troubleshooting VPN, Experienced in troubleshooting database connectivity (RDBMS)
