Job description / Role
Candidate will be the lead manager on large scale construction projects ranging from high rises, luxury resorts, industrial buildings, and various other property types.
Exceptional quality, time, and cost management skills are needed. Candidate will answer directly to GM and AGM.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years civil engineering experience
- Experience as a senior project manager on high rise projects and other large scale projects
- Exceptional leadership skills
- An ability to keep project costs at an absolute minimum
- Able to work and excel under pressure
- Able to navigate and manage consultant and client interactions
