Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Company:
Our Client is one if the Automobile Companies in Bahrain , They are currently looking for a Service Advisor For their Manama Branch.

The main responsibilities/duties relating to the job:

- CONTACT WITH CUSTOMER:
Identify the service and repair requirement of the customer and prepare a repair order, provide general technical advice to the customer and give an estimate of the cost.

- WORK IN PROGRESS:
Monitor the maintenance and repair work in progresses made to the vehicles under his care and informs the customer of any potential change to completion time and/or cost.

- INVOICING:
Prepares clear invoicing for the customer shading itemised cost of service, repairs, parts and lubricants used.

- CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS:
Takes the necessary action within his authority and control to resolve any customer complaint In the shortest time possible.

- FILING & SERVICE HISTORY:
Take the necessary steps to maintain the filing of the invoice and payments and maintain a service history for future reference,

- OTHER:
Conducts customer service reminders, participate in the development of promotional activities and works In close coordination with Management and other Service Advisers to optimize the service Center utilization and delivery high quality customer service.

Requirements

- At least one year of experience.
Mechanical – Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Speaking/Talking to others to convey information effectively.
